Literature Game Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Literature Game

Literature game

I gather the letters left and right
Use my pen or keyboard making words
Left to right, up and down; diagonal
Sentences, phrases, paragraphs
All senseless…have no sound…

I cannot hear a canary, nightingale
No cow mews, not a bark or a howl
Fur is not as soft is beaver, squirrel
I miss mane of the horse, and lions,
Shining eyes of deer, and pigeon

All absent…

What the hell do I need the writing, literature?
This too is selfishness of mankind; just a game.
