Little Girl Learning About Books Poem by Marilyn Lott

Little Girl Learning About Books

Rating: 5.0

Isn’t she just beautiful as she sits
Atop a pile of interesting books
Pictures are what she can enjoy now
All she can do is simply look.

But she is a reader just the same
This book that she is reading
When the words come clear to her
They will have enormous meaning.

The pictures will come more alive
As she reads words one by one
It will change her life forever
She will gain knowledge as well as fun.

You have beautifully described the process of looking and reading the books and learning from them as the life progresses for a small girl. Lovely poem. Lovely graphics. Thanks a lot. Pictures are what she can enjoy now /... When the words come clear to her /...It will change her life forever / She will gain knowledge as well as fun.
