Little One In The Cradle Poem by Minnoor srinivasan

Little One In The Cradle

Rating: 5.0

Your charm bewitches words beyond
Like the lotus bud in the crystal pond!
As I push the cradle forward and back
You laugh like the duck's quack!
Your beauty graces the cozy cradle
We meditate on a lullaby and fondle!
O! Little one dear charming child
Our minds mad with joy go wild!
Memory of the mundane living fleets
As the little one's smile unique greets!
