If past is the pain
And future is the fear
Then live in the present
That's the life's present for you!
Be present in the current
Live in this moment
The moment of pleasure
Feel the pleasure in each moment!
The pleasure in pain
The pain to care
And pleasure in fear
The fear not tolose!
The moment of pain
Becomes the moment of pleasure
The moment of fear
Leads to the moment to care!
Live in this moment
Will get moments of joy!
