Lone Wolf Poem by Pierre Rausch

Lone Wolf

The only one who'd really believe
Very chatty and nice, hard to resist
Movie portrayals on the trail of each story
Easy haircut, creamy retro sunglasses

Lone wolf you guide the dogs
This glamorous outsider
Standing at the night bus stop
A shoulder bag in Avalon
Everything along the lines
The lone wolf to come away

Bad circulation, bad habits
The warm heart for dreams of Nabid
I didn't realize it either
Live in a farm in the lone country

Lone wolf you guide the dogs
This glamorous outsider
Standing at the night bus stop
A shoulder bag in Avalon
Everything along the lines
The lone wolf to come away

Lone wolf you guide the dogs
This glamorous outsider
Standing at the night bus stop
A shoulder bag in Avalon
Everything along the lines
The lone wolf to come away

The edge of the baseboard
The floors had moved a little
Exile on old main street
Another couple of miles

Lone wolf you guide the dogs
This glamorous outsider
Standing at the night bus stop
A shoulder bag in Avalon
Everything along the lines
The lone wolf to come away
