Not Ghee but only guy we see. Ghee is a word that indicates to special oil made from cow's milk after making and churning curd. In English people say it butter. Here we see a guy with creamy face. This poem is very brilliantly penned.
How about 'Lewis' as an alternative to the spelling you give. It's quite common.
