Lonely Shadow Poem by Thistle Wargul

Lonely Shadow

Like a shadow I can slip away,
Like a shadow dissapearing in the dark.
Secrets, knowlege, emotions told
To the darkness of the night that cannot be held.

Beaten back, and tied down.
Made to suffer without a sound.
Violated, untold,
Too strong to break in the cold.
Storm clouds in raging purply
With lightening strikes and
Pelting rain.

Passionet, and still caring,
Empathising through the pain.
I see the reasons for many things,
I feel the suffering and the pain.
The quiet shadow hiding in the darkness,
Is rarely opened to see the light.

I pray and pray for the struggle to end.
The jealousy to stop,
The rope to snap.
A titanic tugg-of-war pulling me back.
First one gains, and then another.
Sensative and immature,
Will be thine friends no more.

So few that deserve this trust,
So few whome to open up,
So few who will percieve,
The lonliness of my talents.
Different in every way,
Never understood.
Understanding others
More than myself.
A lonely life to live.

So I ask you, have I done some wrong?
I ask you to understand.
I can't be you,
Will never be,
Anybody else.
