Lonesome Poem by Dorsey Baker

Lonesome

howling wind
I hear you blow
howling wind
I hear you blow
and
why I am so lonesome
I just don't know

howling wind
blowing in the night
howling wind
blowing in the night
blow until daybreak
blow until
morning light

howling wind
you sound
so lonesome to me
howling wind
you sound
so lonesome to me
and I am so lonesome
just as
lonesome
as I can be
