Longing For You Poem by William Weight

Longing For You

Rating: 5.0

Days have gone by but
You're still not by my side
I can't escape your face and
It's the memories i can't replace

Another night passes by
Can you still hear me cry
All i long for is your heart but
By a ring we are torn apart

Do you have those feelings inside
Longing for the words i cannot find
When i gaze into your eyes
I will tell no lies

My heart is true
I long for you

My breath you take
My feelings i would not fake
So when you lie awake in bed
Remember the words i said
'I love you like no other
Without you my heart will suffer'

looking at you sends me to heaven
For you i'd do all the sins of seven
See my tears start to pour
Now i hit the floor

I wish for you to stay but
Your heart has to stray
With a kiss and a wish
I say goodbye
I love you Brooke
