Longing For You Poem by BHARTI CHANDWANI

Longing For You

My eyes wandering in your thoughts,
All day and night.
Waiting for you,
I spend my time.
Ah! So doleful is this alienation,
Pangs of agony keep haunting me
Piercing like cactus,
Fatigued of concealing my sorrow,
As though a masquerade...
But this mirror,
So true like a smile of innocent child...
Interrogating my dubious looks,
Scrumple my fake happiness...
Ah! I am feeling like a fiegn,
Before this true friend...
Come...let's break this piercing silence,
Let me hold you
And read thine eyes...
Forever, ever, till eternity...
Come... let's cease this torment,
And be in a blissful unison...
Where exist no quench to flee,
Forever, ever, till eternity...
