Look deep into the window of my soul
There hides my broken heart
No where near being whole
Behind my dark blackened eyes.

I lock my tears away deep inside
And pretend everything is fine
You see the tears of blood on the carpet
But you'll never know its mine.

No one ever will
For I will never tell
Can you see this life is killing me
Or do I hide it too well.

Does anyone notice my tears
Does anyone even know why I cry
I try and hide it pretty well
Behind my dark blackened eyes
