Look How Far I Have Come!

Look how far I have come! ,
From the heartbreaks and troubles of my past,
Its been a long journey indeed,
But I refuse to let my past define me,
Am thankful for the lessons I have learned,
The troubles of my past,
Has made me a woman,
A woman in control of my life,
A woman in control of the steering wheel,
I let go the tears of pain,
And turn them into tears of joy,
Joy of accomplishment! .

It's good to feel and be able to say what you have written in your poem. However, you may need to correct the seventh line as indicated in my personal message to you.
