Looking back
Falling back
Being caught by him
Making my heart break
Don’t love him I whisper
I regret all we’ve done
I regret all those times we spent alone
But, I regret those moments when he left me in my empty home
Looking past
Past those hateful fights
Fights of what he wanted from me each night
I don’t give up my body to emotional strangers
Strangers lurk in my feelings that fall apart
My hearts heart is breaking
Broke once again
Looking back
All I see is him
Those times when we had those hateful fights
And those nights when I lost all sight of what was right
I gave in
Falling for it
Love what a silly dream of mine
Looking back
I see those lies
Falling apart in my mind
Words coming together meaning nothing
He produces sin with that sly grin
And looking back
I know why I fell for him
Those silly words took my heart and love wasn’t just a dream of mine it was a moment
