Lord You Are To Be Praised

Lord you are to be praised
And praised continuously
For your bountiful mercy unto us
Because of Calvary
You took our penalty for sin
When you had none of your own
Loved us with an everlasting love
And will lead us safely home

Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus
His power is never diminished
He proved itHimself in rising from the dead
A testimony to His..."It is finished! "
He knows the end from the beginning
And the beginning unto the end
There is none other as a comparison
Praise God He's the sinner'sFriend

Let His love embrace you
Find Him in the Word
Death has no authority over Him
For He is the living Lord
Arise my soul and glorify
Praise Him the King of kings
Praise God Christ Jesus is Lord of all
Let heaven and nature sing!
