Losing Love Poem by Lynette Hazel

Losing Love

Rating: 5.0

Wine-dark my mood
Yearning to savour your hand in the small of my back
Listening with more than eyes
Drinking in your rationed presence
Deftness in my every stroke.

Yet, he brusques my hand away from his heart and
Like a candle, I am blown out.
