Lost Poem by Elizabeth Song

Lost

Rating: 2.8

I'm lost on a long twisted road that runs deep through the forest
I start to run
I can't find myself
I dont know what to do
I'm always so blue
There's nobody to turn to
The only company I have is failure and lonliness...
I keep running on this long road in the dark forest
It seems neverending
There are black rain clouds of problems following my every step
I run faster to try and escape this evil
Then there is a dead end and I see a mirror
In the mirror I see my worst enemy
I see the one who defeated me
The one who caused my problems
I see the eyes of my pain and sorrow
I pray that someone comes to save me from this monster
Then a light shines...

Thats really neat Kristan, i enjoyed the narrititve from begining to end and thougt that the mystery created by the final line was good. The only bit I'm, personally, not keen on is the word Slew.. I thought it made that whole line sound a bit contrved..
