Lost Poem by CHARMAINE SIMPSON

Lost

There is a lump that can't be swallowed
There is an empty hollow cavity that is endless
The wave of nausea continues to wash over and over
With a never changing tide
The sensation of losing a priceless treasure
Knowing it will never be found
Knowing it will never be returned
Knowing it can never be replaced
It is gone forever
Lost
Love
