The skies are a beautiful blue
I don't think I know what to do
My heart wants to fly away
Circumstances in life- I have to say
Wishes and Dreams spin my head,
In a hundred directions ahead.


Today, I break my chains
Won't suffer any more pains
Desire raging, making me confused
Talked to and thrown away, I feel used
Friends and companions- just a masked face
Isolated me as if I were of a different race.


Tonight I sit under the moonlight, looking back
In all my memories, I see a crack
Sometimes people change, sometimes you do
The Evil's always me, they say- is that true?
Feels funny writing my own ballad
Questioning everything I've ever had.


I don't know who I am anymore
Pent-up emotions make my heart sore
Pretending to be someone else everyday
For acceptance, to make them stay
All this has thrown my life off balance
Didn't turn back while I still had a chance.


Today all I want is true company
People crossing paths with me aren't many
I yearn a promise of love, a caressing touch
Tell me truly, do I ask for too much?
Just someone to listen, someone to understand
I don't wish for a group too grand.


My joy I find in the world of fantasy
That is my true high, my ecstasy
So what if I live in a world of myths?
In them there is nothing amiss
The wheels of time go around
No longer am I earth-bound.


Let me drown in the ocean of my passion
I roam about, searching my true obsession
The one that holds my heart
That which has been torn apart
I wander about the worlds looking
I know it in my heart, something's missing.


A hell of fire, heaven of breeze
I crave for my souls release
Thou oh mate! Do you know?
Which way does my chosen path go?
Tell me or not, I'll live through the troubles and strife
Find my juice, my Elixir of Life!
