Lost in the chaos of my mind,
I wander in search of peace to find.
Surrounded by fear and doubt,
I struggle to find my way out.

But in the midst of the storm,
A glimmer of hope begins to form.
A voice within whispers to me,
Reminding me of my strength and resilience.

I take a deep breath, and turn my face,
Towards the light, towards a new embrace.
An embrace of love and healing,
One that allows for all my feelings.

I find my way out of the dark,
And into a new day where I embark,
On a journey of self-discovery and growth,
Realizing that I was never truly lost.

For even in my darkest hour,
I was always within my power,
To find my way back to the light,
And emerge stronger from the fight.

So here I stand, no longer lost,
But found, in all my beauty and flaws.
Embracing my life, my story,
Embracing all that makes me worthy.
