Lost In Translation Poem by Nalini Jyotsana Chaturvedi

Lost In Translation

Lost in Translation

It was meant to be
Our sweet song
For eternity
Like the trickle
Of the spring
Fresh dew drops
Ringing
summers in

But its gone.....

lost in translation
For I, speak of love
While you,
believe in lust

Lust comes easy
Like a take out dinner
While love needs labor
But No sprouts
could taste greater

You'r addicted
to my shell
And no further
Do you dwell
And I know it
Just too well

So no guilt trip
Of falling in love
An easy place
Your emotions
Are untouched

But Once again
I remain unexplained
Like a misty mirage
I am lost somewhere
In the blinding sandstorm
Lost In translation.
