Love

Love is in the

in the heart, they

say, but if that is

true, What am I too

do, For I am still

a single guy.

Love. Every poet writes about it and yet it remains a mystery, doesn't it? I bet the caveman painted pictures of it on his cave wall in lieu of words or grunts. I suspect every poem written about love has at least captured a speck of love's essence. Very concise and taut piece of writing. Well done.

Love is stored up for the day You'll have someone special To whom to give it away. Ah! The agonies of having a strong nurturance/succorance personality, & no object upon which to bestow that love! Be patient; In time, you'll meet the right one!
