Love - Poem by jordan erickson
to listen to his voice
would be like an angel
singing above all this white noise
making my tongue become all a tangel
to watch his eyes
would be like living in the sunshine
if I ever get this pleasure I'll be happy when I die
to see her concern as I cry...
to dry his tears
would make my heart sear
with happiness and fear
for what ails he
will not say and give to me.
to see his smile
would be more beautiful than the nile
causing my heart to go wild
like that of an excited child.
to rest my head upon his chest
for comfort none the less
and yet I shant
for fear my tears will stain his breast...
