Love, A Tiny Spark, A Flicker Bright Poem by Mohammad Younus

Love, A Tiny Spark, A Flicker Bright

Love, a tiny spark, a flicker bright,
Begins to glow with gentle light.
A breath is drawn, a melody rings,
A brand-new life, the song it brings.

First tunes are wobbly, subtle, slow,
The music of wonder begins to grow.
With wide resonance, the divine's embrace,
A joyful smile lights a sweet face.

As the voice of love rises high,
A golden melody fills the sky.
We run, we dance, we sing along,
Chasing the tune, entranced by its song.

The days rush by, a flowing stream,
Lost in the glow of a sunlit dream.
We build our castles in divine space,
Believing they'll forever grace.

Yet, in the maze of illusion's haze,
Shadows lengthen, dimming days.
A whisper soft, a growing fear,
The vibrant hues begin to smear.

The breath grows faint, the light turns dim,
But then the divine calls out to him.
From illusion's well, a hymn now swells,
A distant song with healing spells.

The night recedes, a new sun gleams,
Awakening hearts from fleeting dreams.
The dawn's hymn rises, pure and bright,
A melody sweet, rekindled light.

So cherish each day, the song we hear,
The divine melody, ever near.
A gift of grace, both precious and free,
A timeless tune of eternity.
