Love And Hurt

Love until it hurts you.
And when it hurts,
then only, you truly discover-
you love, because you want to love.
You don't love, because
you expect something in return.
And because you don't expect
anything in return,
hurt can't hurt you anymore.
It's the half-hearted love
that hurts us most.
