I have found my genius.
But I tell you it had found
and laid upon me.
My journey has kept this brilliance in me
My inner peace,
my sanity.
I tell you I have found my genius.
It rested in me hidden.
they wonder why my words come unspoken,
loud and criticized,
indecent, you know
I have left jewels behind,
but have found pearls
in me.
I tell you I have found my genius,
it is love and single pain.
