Love is for the fortitude and for those with self belief, and
Is for the bold and the daring.
Love is a responsibility, not an emotional escape,
Is faithful, seeks no riches nor shuns poverty.
Love does not dominate nor subordinate another, and
Knows to share, give, and comfort
And there exists no bond stronger than love.
Love is like gentle breeze of summer morn
A whiff of which is enough to refresh the soul.
When in pursuit of your beloved
Neither dominate nor subdue
But only asks for a place in their heart.
One must learn to love first
And surely love will reciprocate
In its own time and space.
