Love Lost



Love lost

Wrote something named:
-"Poem"
-in my hands was a bird
-gave it wings and feather
-caressed and looked at it
-beauty, an angel head to tail

Regardless hate or love
-felt mean and brutal
-to hold bird

"Let you go my Venus…"
-I said while staring; eyes
-lively, red-brown and hazel
-the ears were covered
-pinkish legs and claws

Confused and in love
-felt hazy and was lost
-should keep it, preserve?
-set on desk or hide it?
-Underneath my pillow?
-Or mattress?

Or let it go free as should be?

Decided to let go…
-sat on wall
-for a while
-looked at me
-oh those eye

My house bird
-flew, soared

We never met again, encountered
-news came from the overheard:
-"Nassy…is masterpiece…
-…It is junk and bullshit...what is this? "

My Venus, Aphrodite soon became the reader's…
