Love Me - Poem by Ail Ramsay

Love me
Just for me
For what I am
For who I’ve been
For where I’d like
To go from here
For who I’ve known
And loved
And lost
The child in me
My fantasies
The price I’ve paid
The doors I’ve closed
For my humour
And sensitivity
Just for me
Love me.
