Love & Nature Poem by PRAVEEN KUMAR English Poems

Love & Nature

WHAT?

Caught in different glass cubes,
Yet connected with sturdy love tubes,
We look each other though hear not,
We feel for each though can't act;
I know you are fine, but not within,
Like me desperate, in helpless pain;
We do spill over to help each other
But for walls that hold us so far
From divine dip to the love's ocean,
Where we consummate in oblivion.

WHY?

Nature conspires to keep us apart
To rob the world from bliss of love;
For love is the flame that respects not
The rules nature keeps for all to have,
Yet lights the lamp of ecstatic state
Of divine bliss, peace, contentment;
Flames of love while catch around,
And lamps of love light the world,
Nature no more can run its reign,
What nature has built goes in vain.

HOW?

But fear not, o love, for our sake,
Love lies low, but knows how to strike;
Glass walls though thick, cannot save
From love's strike, fierce hot rave;
Struggles are ahead, we ought to wait,
For riding on horse is not riding goat,
Can't pluck gold like a twig from a tree,
Nothing comes in world, just for free;
Rest assured, all in time will be right,
Our forlorn worlds will gloriously unite.
