Love Of My Life - Poem by Michael P. McParland

Kira you are the absolute and true
love of my life through and through.
There were time throughout the years
when we had no contact that I felt some love again
but as soon as we started talking I knew
that for those others there was no love there.
You are the love of my life
and my Angel through and through.
I don't want anyone else ever only you my dear.

Kira you are so very beautiful and I loved you from the start,
even in high school I would lay in bed at night
longing and aching for my one.
I've always wanted you right by my side my love,
you are my only one and everything my sweet Angel dove.
You are the love of my life and I truly treasure you,
you are everything I need and want through eternities precious time.

Kira dear my only one it's only ever been you
because even when I was trying to ask out other girls
it was you that was on my mind.
I felt like it would have been a betrayal to both of us
and just like I was cheating,
you are my true love and only one Queen of all that's good.
Kira you are my sweet Angel dove and the greatest woman
that there's ever been,
feel me beside you as I put my arms around you and pull you in.

Kira you truly are the love of my life
and the one I so adore,
I promise I will stand by you through
all time and forevermore.
I love you so very deep and it has no bounds,
you are the one I truly love because you're truly great.
