Love of my life
The shadow that hides me
She helps to leave my
Past behind me,
She does not hurt,
She does not judge,
Instead she holds me
With gentle embrace
As she holds my trust,
Never leaving my side,
Forever will she hold,
My cold shadowed heart
Unlike those who play it
As though a harp.
