LOVE POEM 2

I saw your portrait in the pool
Where autumn blossoms float
Abundant peony and rose beside
Delicate thistle riding there
Lovely eyes soft mouth
Smiling now as petaled cheeks
Are brushed by downy pom-pom
Trees and grasses wave across
Gentle breeze moving all
Two sparrows paused to drink
From parted lips and tinted cheek
Then flew in fear of rising wind
Water rippled and you had left.
