it's Monday.
It's garbage day.

And sorry my back hurts
please do the dishes.

And don't forget
to take the dog out.

Later
while working
on the bathroom
tile selection
every one I pick
is faulted by her.

She's been watching
those television
remodeling programs
for years
and now thinks
she's an expert designer.
