Love, how vast and all-encompassing,
From the depths of passion to the heights of pain,
A force so strong, no heart can resist its pull,
It teaches us, in ways we can't explain.

It shows us how to cherish every moment,
And savor each precious memory,
For time is fleeting, and love, ever present,
In every smile, every touch, every plea.

Love will teach you to be selfless and kind,
To put another's needs before your own,
To see beauty in flaws, flaws in the divine,
And through it all, to never feel alone.

It's in the gentle kiss, the warm embrace,
Love will guide you, with its gentle grace,
But just as love can teach, it can also hurt,
Leaving scars, on the fragile human heart.

It shows us that vulnerability is a must,
For only in risking, can we truly start,
It may blindside us, with its unpredictability,
But love will teach us to weather the storm.

To hold on tight, through every adversity,
And emerge stronger, with a heart more warm,
Oh love, in all its splendor and its pain,
Will teach us, again and again.
