Loves Analogy Poem by Kevin Hulme

Loves Analogy

If you look around you will find me there,
My Love abides within Nature through all shades of the year,
For I'm the brooding Clouds of threateningly rain,
The drifting tears of yearning pain.
And the boiling Sun of fiery might,
Is but the burning core of all I write.
To the falling leaves that Autumn spread,
Are such passioned leafs from letters shed
By the gusting Wind that sweeps the skies,
My weary breath of weary sighs.
The birds and Bees are just thoughts in flight,
Of sensual dreams you do incite.
And once March is cast her flowers to bud,
A portrait sown of lasting love
Under dawning skies that are fevers call,
To flame and burn till Twilight falls.
For my Heart you'll see in all Natures form,
To remind you of this spirit torn,
For the blanketing Snow in frosty clime;
Has froze my soul for your not mine.
