Loving No Other Poem by michael Smajda

Loving No Other

How can I ever kiss the lips of another?
When yours were the only lips, I've ever known.
How could I dare to think to love another
When my love, only for you, is all, I've ever shown.

As I reminisce from that moment we first met
And all the years we've spent never apart,
How foolish of me to ever want to forget
The joy of loving you, my lone sweetheart!
