*Μακεδών Βασιλιάς*

Δεν αργεί δεν αργεί
το σκοτάδι, να φύγει.
Θα ΄ρθει πα΄ θα ΄ρθει πάλι
γιορτή της χαράς και της Νίκης


Και την σα'
και την σάρισσα τη Τρομερή
θα κρατάει στο σκοτάδι..

Θα ΄ναι μια Κύριακη,
ένα Σάββατο βράδυ
που η γιορτήθα κινήσει..

Μακεδο', Μακεδόνων ορμή
θα διαλύσει τ'Αρμάδι

Του ουρανού,
του Ουρανού αφορμή
του θεού το Σημάδι!

Το κεφα΄ το κεφάλι Ψηλά
η ελπίδα να λάμψει

Του Σταυρούτου Σταυρού
δύναμη
των θεών το Σημάδι.
Μετωπά, μέτωπα Ιερά
τωνΑρχαίων το Καμάρι!

Μακεδών Μακεδών Βασιλιάς
και Μπροστάρης και πάλι!

Γύρω, τριγύρω
Οι οχτροί
με τρομάρα μεγάλη

σκόρπισαν 'φύγαν
με σκυμμένοκεφάλι! ..


Δεν αργεί δεν αργεί
Θα φανεί η Σκιά Του
και πάλι..
