fresh Mexican Bolillo split (round made customed)
peruvian spice blend (as local as possible)
ground chicken
ground wild boar
chopped mushrooms (i have a love for mushrooms that cannot be understood and they rootless too)
avocado slices
tomato slices
cheese sliced to order
olive oil....

Both dishes get sweet plantains...and sun(dae in Korean means cool basically and Brazilian means how are you basically so the pieces fit wholistically from Korea to Brazil... haven't been to South Korea in awhile though... it's the entrepreneur in me)
