Madness Poem by No Reason To Care

there's an ache inside my heart
where you stabbed it
and forced it apart
where the blood
no longer flows
where not even the darkness
dares to go

where the light was never there
where my mind is closed and bare
where the pain stays bottled up
like a volcano waiting to erupt

a burst of tears
a slash of pain
crying out my fears
I feel like I'm insane

broken and shattered
you left me dead
lying in a pool of tears
on my own bed

madness encloses my heart and mind
if only my life was TV
I could just press rewind

but my life's not TV
and I can't press rewind
so ill just sit back
and ACT like I'm fine
