Magnolia Tree Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Magnolia Tree

Rating: 5.0

Magnificent magnolia
Majestically you stand
Your own ground in green
Tapering skywards.

Flowers're distinct white
And in broad day light
Keep on shining bright
Like stars at dark night.

Each leaf's oval shaped
Olive green on one side
Reddish brown on the other
It's heartwarming to note.

Your kind line up by the road
Like sentinels guarding
Night and day without break
Passers-by appreciate the sight.

Magnolia we express our delight
You're nature's great wonder
Man finds ways to place you
Everywhere he dwells or wanders.

We can't live without trees they take up carbon dioxide and give off oxygen. Mammals like us take up oxygen and give off carbon dioxide. Great poem.
