Man And His Laughter - Poem by Leonard Dabydeen

and his laughter
need no currency
you’ll agree
the brew
like great grandma’s stew
is scented
from land and sea
every guffaw
marks a niche
of happiness
full of humour
while you can
‘cause laughter
makes the better
part of you.
