Manipulations Manipulations Poem by Lia Padena

Manipulations Manipulations

her breast had swollen from too many desires
and he knew she couldn't say that
and she knew he couldn't say that
and she screamed
like a seagull that cries the sky
to raise waves and fog and lightning and thunder
leave us alone
leave us alone do not press us anymore
manipulations manipulations
and they both knew they didn't want to be in this situation
the one on the left
one on the right
happy end
