Maple In The Moonglow Poem by Reynaldo Casison

Maple In The Moonglow

Rating: 5.0

With your song,
and love,

The moon aglow,
In the autumn sky,

Kisses the sober branches
Of the Maple tree,
Like a candlebra,

Maple,
in the Moonglow,

With your song,
And love,
It's resonant beams,
Lights its sober,
outstretched
Branches,
with an intoxicating warmth
