Martilda Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Martilda

Now i know that i am a man and,
I thank you for your sweet love;
For your apples were very nice and sweet.
I thank you for loving me and,
Your sweet name was Martilda;
So drink wine and make love to me always.
I am very glad to meet you and now i know that i am a man!
For this love was blended with the muse of your sweet red apples.
