Mary Shelly Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Mary Shelly

Mary Shelly

Heavy loads on brain
-of year-end and friends
-of Ex, and children
-to birthday, (is near)
-tossed and rolled, in my bed.
-Radio made it worse,
- (Was left on…)

Frankenstein was topic
-and writer; Mary Shelly!

The approach to text books
-of the varied schools
-have been, are and remain
-just looking at Canon!

Essays are duplicates
-mostly with little change!

My Essay approached the
-depths of the story
-as the Mary Shelly's
-time and life-history.

She drew three lines
-separate, to cross
-different in angles
-not curvy, straight.

When crossed three lines
-made space; angular.

Then drew new lines
-to decrease space size to a dot:
- "So, this is where we are! "
-she said, and I called it
- (as it is in air, sea)
- "Location; or a ‘Fix'"
-there she honed.

Dot is the Frankenstein!
