Matchlessness Poem by Dr.Balnarayana Bandam

Matchlessness

Human is one among the others
Though maybe with talent and affluence
If he is without sacrifice and ideality
His life is unworth for society in countability
The best one never allows guilty in life
He does always feel like one among the society
Still better one sense he is under the service of society
Food, clothes, residence, education, the whole lot
Is theprovision of communitya sort, never to forget
Unless returns render is worth of a barren cow
Though graze and fills the stomach never givemilk somehow
A plant, though grown butneveryields fruits
Whateverwealthy may thehuman, never call as great
Unless hegives charity, worth only as low in count
King Ranthi Deva, although with hunger and thirst,
For forty-eight days, with the feel of hunger and thirst
stilloffers food and water to the visited God as guest
Pleased God though blesses with the boon, but accepts not
Pleads to give the power to serve all, and says devotee never degrade
Arrogant stays in the own circle, holding the self privilege
Neitherare worth to self nor tosociety to count the privilege
For them, wisdom is worth to have but needs discretion
If knowledge and wealth both stay together and with discretion
Nothing overcomes the sacrifice, asKunthi Devi sends
Son Bheema to the demon instead of Brahmin as food to offer
Thus better to live matchless one among the society
Instead, living with the mind of parting from society
