May Day! May Day! ! May Day! ! !
Speaking for the workers toiling day after day
Stringing allegiance like slaves of yesterday
Sweating out their bodies to heck out some pay
Stretching the muscles in pain that they get what to say
May Day! May Day! ! May Day! ! !
Subsistence is the root of work-per-day
Survival; the reason they are alive today
Surplus; a dream that is yet to stay
Satisfaction; the consolation that is not the pay
May Day! May Day! ! May Day! ! !
Sweet is this life, when there much to gain everyday
Servitude should be rewarded with good pay
Strength is not easy to replenish after a bad day
Solidarity for all the workers on May Day! ! !
