May You Poem by Francis Duggan

May You

May peace, love and happiness and good health you only know
And may good luck be with you where to where-ever you go
And may you be financially well off without the burden of care
And may you know how to give and receive and share
May joy in abundance in your world be rife
And may you only know of the good things in life
And may you know the taste of the best of good wine
And may you live to be old past one hundred and nine
May good lady luck keep on smiling your way
And may you make a new friend or two every day
And may you be blessed with the gift of empathy
And for the not so lucky feel some sympathy
May you never know what it's like poverty
And may you be healthy, wealthy and carefree.
