Me, Myself And I Poem by Abdul Wahab

Me, Myself And I

Rating: 5.0

Who I should blame for being misunderstood
When I do not understand myself
Who I should hold guilty for not listening to me
When I do not listen carefully to myself
Whatever effects my actions and words bring
Who should I hold responsible except me?
I look at the world to be known well
When I do not look at what I have inside
I want people not to make fun out of me
When I do not take things myself seriously
Who I should blame for being disrespected
When I do not have respect for myself
I wish i should be recognized by people
Before I recognize myself and anybody else
Who I should accuse for being coward and weak
While I overlook the lion which I have got inside
The power I seek from somewhere else
But I neglect the source while its epicenter is my soul
Whatever suffering and bitterness for the failure I bring
Who should I blame or accuse except irresponsible me?
