Mean Ones Poem by Misty Wills

Mean Ones

Rating: 5.0

To see yourself through my eyes,
just once or twice may do.
That beautiful teenage girl I see,
you can see her too.

Others are cruel and hateful,
the piercing things they say.
It takes all your energy,
dodging swords thrown your way.

Your mind is much stronger,
then the weak ones throwing stones.
Walk forward and keep your head held high,
for they still stand alone...
